Preschool Portions

So I've been teaching preschool for six months now. I love it every second of everyday.

Now, I am an AWFUL story teller, but I just have to jot a few of these wonders down!

One thing I love is that no two days are the same. One day there can be screaming and 5 poopy diapers to change, then the next day they are all angels and keep there poop in until they go home with mom.

In the beginning of January I had a day that was a nightmare at the time, but hilarious to look back on. There is a two and a half year old boy, Brian, who is a very large boy. He is the only one his age who is not potty trained and when he needs a change you can smell it from across the room. I was the lucky one to smell it first. I took him back to change his diaper and thought I was going to hurl. I don't think there is a child out there who has more smelly diapers. Ten minutes after I get back a little girl, Jocelyn, needed to pee. Now we are aware that she isn't fully potty trained, at this time we didn't know that. I take her, she pees, then I straddle her across my leg to hold her up to the sink to wash her hands. When I put her down there is a big wet spot on my leg. A big, wet, URINE spot. I wasn't directly peed on, but I wasn't not peed on. Then, at the end of the day, we were playing with a table that is four tubs filled with corn kernels. One of my favorite boy, Arturo, out of nowhere, leans forward into the tub and barfs. Luckily, I was standing right next to him so I picked him up and let him continue to throw up onto the table clothe we lay on the ground. Then, for some reason I am unaware of, he stops, looks at me, steps into it, and barfs on my shoe. Since I also had to get cleaned up I got the glorious job of taking him to the bathroom and scrubbing the nast out of the crevasses of his tiny shoes. When I finally got home I wanted to just crawl in bed forever. After I out my urine pants in the wash. But, the next day I was excited to go back.

Confessional

So I don't know what is wrong with my phone, but it refuses to send any texts. This is an extreme inconvenience at 1:00 am. And I'm not being sarcastic, 1:00 am is when I tend to have my irrational freak outs.

About once a week I have an irrational fear that someone is coming in my house. I get 100% scared to the bone that possibly someone is coming into my house and is going to attack me. I know it's because I watch too many crime scene shows. But I am terrified. I can't sleep. I can't get out of bed. But I, of course, need to pee. It is in no way funny.

When this happens I text Kevin, even though we're just friends now, and he knows how to calm me down and get me to sleep. But my phone isn't sending any texts and I don't know what to do. This is a completely unhealthy thing that happens to be far too often. But I had my solution for it and I never thought I wouldn't be able to use it. I'm sure I eventually won't be able to text Kevin at 1:00 in the morning, but I still can right now and I need it. As my make-shift solution I am blogging (computer screen light) and I'm playing Netflix on my iPad (tablet screen light + distraction).

It isn't working. This is definitely one of the worst nights I've had in while. And I've had some rough nights in my day.

I just need my phone to send a text.

Week 5

Finally I am caught up! No more three episodes in one day! I love this show, but it can get exhausting! An hour and a half is a long time.

They are in Puerto Rico. That's pretty cool. I love the destination episodes.

Nikki got the first one on one. I love her! She's so cute! It is POURING! It seems to rain in a lot of his dates. I love that they went and bought new clothes.

Baseball! This is going to be hilarious!

I don't like Lindzi. She always have her chin tucked in and is looking up. It is so annoying!

This game is going to be so intense. Winners get time with Ben, losers don't. All the girls are yelling and being so competitive! Blakeley is a monster! She was so good! I can't believe her team lost.

Everyone hates Courtney and Courtney hates everyone.

Elyse quit her job to go on the show. I hate that. She missed her best friend's wedding. I feel like she is dumb.

What is with the one shoulder dresses? I don't like them, but they seem to be all the rave!

I think Ben is sending her home. Bingo! I'm fine with her leaving. Didn't love her, didn't hate her. First one on one to not get a rose. I feel bad for her.

Courtney, stop talking!

This is making me not like Ben. I can't believe he went skinny dipping with her.

Emily needs to start talking about Courtney! She needs to just focus on her and Ben. I like Emily, and I want her to stay. Hopefully didn't just ruin things.

Lindzi definitely over does the self tanner. Her skin is blotchy and orange.

I'm sad Jennifer went home. I liked her. She was really cute and I thought here and Ben went well together.

Oh, Utah! The glory brought upon thee!

This week The Bachelor is in PARK CITY, UTAH! I'm stoked. This will be cool! They are at The Canyons. That is awesome.

Oh, Chris. I'm sick of you. He says the same things every episode.

Rachel gets the first one on one. I'm beginning to like her, this could be the deciding factor.

I feel bad for Kacie B. I feel she is really sincere and really likes him. I like her, she's adorable.

This date is awkward! No one is talking! It is intense small talk.

Courtney is so mean to the girls!

Talk Rachel! Just talk!

I hate horses. I am TERRIFIED of horses!

Courtney is just so mean! I hope he sees it soon. She caught the first fish! That is ridiculous!

I like Nikki. She is a cutie.

Samantha is obnoxious. Ben is basically tearing her apart. Nikki just barely had the same conversation with him, but it was so different! She was so gracious about being on dates, even though they are only group dates. Then Samantha comes over and says she is bugged she's been on a group date every week. She's lucky to get a date every week! I'm glad he sent her home.

I want him to marry Kacie B! They are so cute together!

Ugh, Courtney. She lied to Ben to get the rose! I do not like her.

I like Jennifer. She's cute. I'm glad they are on a date. I am a little sick of the "trust" one on one dates.

I'm starting to like Monica a little more. She's actually pretty cool. She was just CRAZY on the first night.

I feel bad for Emily. She had great intentions, but it blew up in her face! I want Ben to see who Courtney is around the other girls. I can't imagine he would want someone who was rude in a group setting. I hope he doesn't send Emily home over this.

Monica didn't get a rose. And she's way close to home! She handled it pretty well, I thought. I didn't think they were a good match though.

Week 3

I liked Emily on the one on one. I wasn't a huge fan of her on the first episode (the rap) but I really like her now. I like that she got genuinely terrified while climbing the bridge. I know I would have stopped dead in my tracks! I hope she stays around longer.

The group date was funny. That would have been crazy to do! Who wouldn't want to sky down a steep street of San Fran?! I know I would love that. I'm warming up to Rachel more, I'm happy with her getting the rose. She seems to really care about the other girls, and I always like that.

I can't believe Brittney went home! She didn't seem like the type who would just leave. Especially when she brought her grandma.

I loved the date with Lindzi. Most because I don't like Lindzi and you could tell she was filling in for Brittney. I LOVED that. She kept saying how special it was just for her, when really it wasn't planned just for her. HA!

I liked that Shawntel came to try to date Ben. I would have liked if he had kept her. Who cares if she is coming in two weeks late or that she was on a previous season? She has talked to Ben and has gotten to know him, she's probably had as much total time with Ben as any of the other girls. They were all just being emotional.

I respect that Ben didn't give out the last rose. If he didn't feel a strong enough of a connection it was brave of him to send 3 girls home.

Week 2

I know these are back to back. But oh well. I need to catch up. I won't go into as much detail from now on compared to the first post.

I really like Jennifer. She is fine with just any date. That's so great.

I like Kasie B, I'm glad she has the first one-on-one date. The date was cute. Very casual in the beginning and I love that. The video was so cute!

Courtney is nasty. She's a model, typical.

"Come play with me." Clever Bachelor writers! The play was goofy and I liked it.

I can't decide how I feel about Blakeley. Everyone hates her, but I don't see a reason to yet. And she got the rose... The claws come out!

Jenna went home - not surprised, she was an emotional wreck.

The Bachelor Begins!

I know I am a little late starting this season, but I didn't realize when it started then had to wait for it to come on On Demand.
Let's start with Ben. I liked him on Bachelorette. But I don't know if I'm going to love him as the Bachelor. He's too sensitive for my taste, I think is the issue. He is rather good looking, but he's just not my type. I'm starting the season with an open mind, though.
Bring on the women!
Rachel, Fashion Sales Rep - 27 - New York, NY
Deep voice. I'm so critical. Left her job for the show. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! Second rose.

Erika, Law Student - 23 - Chicago, IL
Eighth rose.

Amber B, Labor and Delivery Nurse - 23 - Port Coquitlam, Canada
I really don't like her.

Elyse, Personal Trainer - 24 - Chicago, IL
Twelfth rose.

Jenna, Blogger - 27 - New York, NY
I wonder if the blogger enjoys being blogged about? She is a little crazy. She overthinks everything. There really isn't a problem, but she's making it a problem. She needs to calm down. One girl (Utah girl) turned her upside down and she is freaking out. Wow... Seventeenth (and final) rose.

Courtney, Model - 28 - Santa Monica, CA
Fourteenth rose.

Emily, PhD Student - 27 - Chapel Hill, NC
Her rap was weird. Fourth rose.

Samantha, Advertising Accounts Manager - 26 - LA, CA
HATE the sash. Don't wear a beauty pageant sash and then say you're not just a pageant girl. Bugged... Thirteenth rose.

Casey S, Trading Clerk - 26 - Leawood, KS
Gross dress. Sixth rose.

Amber T, Critical Care Nurse - 29 - Waverly, NE
She was cute. I liked the Love at First Sight/Second Chance thing.

Holly, Pharmaceutical Sales Rep - 34 - Salyersville, KY
I don't like the big hat. I'll attribute it to her age though.

Jamie, Registered Nurse - 25 - Dryden, NY
First rose.

Shira, Actress - No Age - LA, CA
Why did it not say her age? That bothers me a lot. Makes me already hate her a little bit. Her wine thing was funny, though.

Blakeley, VIP Cocktail Waitress - 34 - Charlotte, NC
I don't like the tattoo. Third rose.

Brittney, Medical Sales Rep - 26 - Denver, CO
I thought the grandma thing was cute. I was freaked at first, but I think Ben loved it. Seventh rose.

Nicki, Dental Hygienist- 26 - Hurst, TX
She's cute. I hope the divorce doesn't hurt her. "He's honest, he's genuine, he's sincere." He's a synonym? Tenth rose.

Dianna, Non-Profit Director - 30 - San Gabriel, CA

Jennifer, Accountant - 28 - Oklahoma City, OK
I like her. She's so confident. And I liked the number thing she did. Eleventh rose.

Lyndsie J, Internet Entrepreneur - 29 - Scottsdale, AZ
She has one of those annoying English accents. I don't think I am going to like her because of it, even though she's pretty funny.

Anna, Student - 25 - Detroit, MI
I liked that she didn't say anything.

Monica, Dental Consultant - 33 - Salt Lake City, UT
I have high expectations for the Utah girl! Utah has been infamous for crazy characters. Though they also have been GORGEOUS, so I already think she is falling short. From the commercials and "up next" clips she seems dumb. Boo! The dog thing was dumb, and just to get Ben to remember her. Her laugh is scary! Is she a lesbian? She is being super weird. Sixteenth rose.

Jaclyn, Adveretising Account Manager - 27 - Newton, MA
Fifteenth rose.

Shawn, Financial Director - 28 - Phoenix, AZ
Ninth rose.

Kacie B, Administrative Assistant - 24 - Clarksville, TN
Fifth rose.

Lindzi C, Business Development Manager - 27 - Seattle, WA
I hated the horse thing. Maybe just because I hate horses. Either way, LAME. She got the first impression rose? I don't like her. Ugh.

Ben is really good at getting over awkward moments. That is a wonderful quality to have.

I am going to LOVE this season. I thoroughly enjoy watching other people's drama.

Let's be a girl

So for the month of February I have decided to wear red, pink, or purple everyday. I feel it is festive. I do not own many red, pink, and purple clothes. Either I will re-wear a lot of outfit, or I will be shopping a bit this month. (I like the second idea best.)

I did not have time to post yesterday as I was visiting Trae. But here is my outfit from yesterday:

Purple cheetah print shirt, black jeggings, and riding boots.

Today was blue day at school. So, naturally, I wore all blue. Luckily for my plan this month a was PEED ON BY A SMALL CHILD and had to change my pants. So I opted for my red Dixie sweat pants. I obviously have a wonderful night of great adventures planned.

No picture is needed, I look ridiculous.
